The Saratoga Springs Babe Ruth league is asking for community assistance in sponsoring the league this season.
As a sponsor of our league, your business will assist in providing the youth of Saratoga Springs, Wilton, Ballston Spa, Milton and Greenfield with quality equipment, uniforms, and insurance. As well as supplementing the fees that the youth will have to pay to play baseball. This season we will have 10 to 12 teams including 2 or 3 travel teams. That is a total of 180 + families in our area that can benefit from your generosity. This is a tax deductable donation as we are a non-profit organization.
The league will be using the funds to assist paying for opening and closing ceremonies, trophies, umpires and equipment. We charge the players a fee of $135 to play for the season. If a player cannot afford to pay we offer a scholarship fund that pays their fee. We do not have a concession stand to help us with generating income for all the events.
We are implementing a new sponsorship member program. We will have 3 levels of sponsorship. Gold, Silver and Bronze:
Gold sponsorship is $400.00. We will provide a large link to your web site and information provided by your business on our web site’s sponsor’s page. We also will report games to the newspaper with a Game sponsored by xyz, in front of the box scores.
Silver sponsorship is $200.00. We offer a medium size link on our web site to your web site and information provided by your business.
Bronze sponsorship is $100.00. We offer a text link on our web site to your web site and information provided by your business.
T-Shirts to the winning teams will be made at the end of the season with all Sponsors names.
Additional donations can be submitted and you will receive a mention on our web site.
